Land plot with garnet trees is located is located near the monasteries of Rustovo (first consecrated temple in Montenegro devoted to the Russian royal family of the Romanovs) and Praskvica (headquarters of one of the oldest and most influential families of Montenegro Pashtrovici). In this place there is a legendary stone staircase to the mountains, made by the descendant of the famous Russian noble family Stroganoff.
