The apartment consists of living room with kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms, bathroom and terrace.

The beautifully designed buildings combine elegant Mediterranean architecture with the highest quality natural materials, creating a wonderful setting that blends perfectly into the magical green hillsides.

Each residence provides climate control in all rooms, as well as under-floor heating in kitchens and bathrooms. The fully fitted kitchens include granite worktops and fitted branded appliances. Bedrooms are finished with oak flooring and the living room and bathroom with Italian ceramics and Italian bathroom fittings. There are shutters fitted to all windows.

The Club House is the heart of the community, providing the reception, spa and restaurant. Modern spa-center offers a sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi as well as massage and beauty treatments. The café and restaurant offers a full range of drinks, snacks and meals both inside and on its terrace with stunning sea views. Drinks are also served by the pool.

There are two swimming pools – an adult’s pool with a large infinity-edge, and a shallower children’s pool. Set amongst the landscaped gardens there is also a children’s play-area, as well as an adult outdoor gym.

There is also an onsite reception and caretaker – perfect for organizing rentals and giving you the peace of mind that your apartment will be well maintained wherever you happen to be. Owners wishing to lease their apartments can take part in rental program.
