Complex TARA RESORT VILLAGE has a concept of mini-village of 8 ski chalets, designed for winter and summer accommodation of active lifestyle followers and for those who prefers spending time in a wild nature, with peaceful sceneries and all-ecological surrounding.


The project TARA RESORT VILLAGE includes 8 houses under construction with areas from 320 to 495 m2, each on its own land spot of 400 to 500 m2.

On the top on it the village has a common territory which is not to be sold to the property buyers. It’s a land of 2.561 m2 that is according to the project is deemed to stay under investor ownership. This territory is used for internal roads and pathways (around 1.500 m2), mini power station (49 m2), gas distribution facility (278 m2), and parking (907 m2). Common territory could be used by property owners within TARA RESORT VILLAGE as well as by guests of the two hotels TARA SPLENDID-1 and TARA SPLENDID-2, which are planned to be built as part of the complex.


CLUB HOTEL TARA RESORT is year round club hotel that includes 5 ski chalets connected by the ground level premises where all hotel infrastructure facilities are placed, including reception, ski inventory rental, cafés, restaurants, and commercial premises. Its target clients are tourists and active lifestyle followers both during winter (ski resort) and summer season (rafting, mountain biking, tracking, fishing, horse riding, etc.).


All 8 chalets within the complex TARA RESORT VILLAGE are in the construction phase with different degrees of completion. Chalets nr. 1 to 5 (belonging to CLUB HOTEL TARA RESORT) are currently in closer stage of construction completion:

·       land spot is connected to municipal electricity and water supply

·       dual pane windows are installed

·       roofing is finished

·       buildings facades are finished

·       electricity is connected according to construction power scheme. All preparation is finished for connection of additional transformer substation 110/0,4 KV on the complex territory

·       the villas are ready for internal planning and finishing


For each villa the price includes:

·       price of land parcel

·       price of villa in the current (unfinished) state

·       price of the share of common land used for complex facilities (shared roads, water, electricity, gas, sewage)

·       the cost of enabling access to municipal water supply and sewage system (the cost of the system itself and the cost of its installation)

·       the cost of design project for the villa

·       DUP (detailed urbanistic plan) of the complex

·       communal tax of 85 euro/m2 for getting building permit for each villa. The tax has already been paid.
