House in the suburbs Bar, Montenegro

House located in the seaside district Susanj, Bar, with 750 m distance to the beach and 500 m to the school. The house suits perfectly for short-term visits as well as year-round living. City center of Bar is within 15 min of walking distance. The house is fully furnished with all home appliances. 

The house consists of:

- Workshop on the ground floor with crafting table (could be converted into vinary or summer kitchen)

- 1^st floor with 3 bedrooms, 2 hallways, big terrace with sea view and a bathroom

- 2^nd floor with 2 bedrooms, living room including panoramic windows with sea view, kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, induction cooker, terrace with panoramic view of the sea and mountains), bathroom (shower cabin)

- 3d floor with covered terrace 60,5 m2 and open terrace 60,5 m2 with outstanding see view. Spa center with jacuzzi and infrared sauna are also located here.

First floor has its own separate entrance, it could be easily converted into rental apartment for guests.

Underfloor heating is installed in the whole house, there are fireplaces on 2^nd and 3d floors. All windows have roller shutters and mosquito nets. Living room is equipped with 3D projector, and the bedroom has built-in 5.1 surround stereo system.

There is a garden with fruit bearing trees: pomegranate, figs, orange, lots of greens and roses.

In the backyard there is a place for swimming pool.

The area is very comfortable for the year round stay. Susanj is known for beautiful nature, pine forest, the air with curative powers, and peaceful and quite atmosphere. Pine trees even grow on the beach, which has a length of two kilometers. In the city of Bar there are several public schools, large sports&recreation center, clubs for kids, and a lot of restaurants representing local, European and Japanese cuisine.
