Energy-efficient houses in a new gated community in Tivat

This gated community consists of 12 detached houses with private territory in the suburb of Tivat.

The project is located only 2 kilometers away from the center of Tivat – one of the most prospective regions of Montenegro. The houses are nested on the green hill with panoramic view over the sea and the town, in a quiet suburb away from tourist traffic.

Total land area of ​​the complex is cca 5,000 m2, each house has a private land plot of 400-500 m2, depending on the house type.

A modern “fachwerk” technology is used in the construction of all houses: rigid frame construction, energy efficiency class A +, two-chamber double-glazed windows.

All houses are sold "turnkey", which includes:

The developer company offers the possibility of deferral payment. 

The listed house prices do not include landscaping, paving of additional walkways, swimming pool.

This is done in order to minimize the final price of the house to the buyer. The buyers can plan their budget for landscaping and additional objects on their own. The developer company could optionally perform the above-mentioned works.
