An attractive land plot for sale in Risan in the Bay of Kotor. The plot is sold with the project of construction of Risan Bay premium class residential development. Distance from Tivat airport – 29 km, and from the airport in Podgorica – 118 km.
- The plot is located very close to the front line, distance between the border of the plot and the beach is 50 m. Nearby there is a рebble beach 105 m long and 20 m wide. At this moment there is a lease contract made between the owner and the Coastal zone management agency Morsko dobro for the lease of the beach.
