New house with private access to the beach in Dobra Voda, Montenegro

New fully furnished house with private access to the beach is located on the seafront of a quiet bay in the village of Dobra Voda.

This new house, built in 2018, has its own access to the sandy-pebble beach. The path to the sea is part of the cadastral plot. The beach is equipped with umbrellas and sun loungers. Only few steps away from the house there is a seafront and a beach. Seafront is rather long, so the owners of the house could take walks along the seashore. The main beach of this area, called “Veliki Pijesak” is just a three-minute walk away. There are many amenities located along the seafront - cafes, restaurants, a spa center, a gym, etc.
If you walk along the sea in the other direction, you will find many small rocky coves with crystal clear waters. A large VOLI supermarket is just a 5-minute walk from the house. Next to it there is also a local bus stop. The city of Bar is 7 kilometers away. The town of Ulcinj and the 13-kilometer sandy beach Velika Plaža are in just 20 minutes away by car.

The internal area of the house is 160m2.
In front of the house there is a large 40m2 covered terrace with a large granite table.
The terrace is hidden in greenery and grants a complete privacy.
The house has a garden with cypresses, oleanders, olives, fruit trees, palms and flowers.

The house consists of two floors:
On the ground floor there is a living room with a kitchen and dining area, an entrance hall, a utility room, a bathroom. Wide sliding doors lead you to the terrace, equipped with a large granite table, garden furniture, swing, barbecue.
The second floor has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. All bedrooms face the sea.
The master bedroom has en-suite bathroom, dressing room and a terrace.
One of the bedrooms also has access to a large terrace with sea and mountain views.

The house is fully furnished and ready for year-round living.
It has automatic entrance gate and parking space for one car. There is also a possibility to rent a parking space in the adjacent landplot.
In the living room there is a wood-burning stove. Its energy is sufficient to heat the first floor. In addition, electric underfloor heating is installed throughout the house. Each room is air conditioned. The facade is thermally insulated and partially overlaid with natural travertine. The roof is insulated, tiled.

All windows are double-glazed and have a mirror effect that filters out excess sun and ensures privacy. All windows have roller shutters and mosquito nets.

The house is equipped with internet, video surveillance, volume and smoke sensors.
